My experience was pleasant. We were well taken care of by Andy. By far the bed we are receiving is much better than the one we have. Our current bed was much more expensive and from a different vendor. But the mattress deteriorated within 4 years and we only had the ability to raise the head and feet. Now we will have more features and a great value.

Love Sleep Number!! We didn’t care for the (full) split king and were able to swap out for the flex top (1/2 split) model before we got past the 1st 100 days. We really like this bed. We were also very pleased that we could also swap the mattress protectors and sheet set we purchased! Thanks Sleep Number!!
I was greeted warmly by Allison as soon as I entered the store. I had a bed in mind so I was shown on a computer how the pressure points are relieved. This was very important due to recent spine surgery. Allison showed me all of the options available and the bed has been delivered exactly when I was told. Allison made sure I was well taken care of and I am very happy with the Sleep Number Store and the Sleep Number Bed!
