The experience I had in this store was nothing but outstanding! Jamal answered all of my questions. He also showed me the range of mattresses. Trying out each one, explaining as we went. Went as far as to show me every type of sheet. He left no stone unturned and is a great ambassador for the Sleep Number brand. Thanks Jamal!

The sale associate was very helpful and friendly making us feel like family from when we entered til leaving. The delivery representative was also very knowledgeable, patient helpful and friendly. Very pleased with the customer service we experienced thus far.
Decently friendly employees but very much like car salesmen. Will likely pander to you, the customer, only for you to inevitably realize that you're not getting what you want for the price that you deserve. IMO, save your money and get a temper-pedic mattress. You'll save hours of stress and more importantly, your wallet.
