The employee was good
Never set foot in a sleep number store before but when my wife and I both went in to get pillows Corey really made it worth our while! We tested out multiple pillows and beds within the store and I have to say we will be returning to purchase a bed in the future.
Chris and Jamal were very nice with being able to explain the different types mattress that are now available for consumers. We did enjoy the cooling feature the most on the mattress. My husband says I am like a heater at night! Thank you again guys for your wealth of knowledge and paying attention to key details.
Professional demeanor. Warm, friendly greeting fr Corey; he was notably attentive, responded to our specific request (shopping for bed covers). Researched details. Assisted me with my tech issues in getting photo of bed cover colors into my phone! Other staff in your store were appropriately attentive, also. (We are return customers)
