Very nice clean location, the experience in store was good and kid friendly. After the purchase the experience changed the bed was delayed and delivery days changed. Reached out to the store with poor communication. Called customer service the parts are unavailable to fulfill the order no current ETA. I cancelled my purchase
The purchasing experience was excellent. Sleep number representative was most helpful through the entire process. I was very pleased. However, getting a notice that the delivery is now 21 days postponed due to some type of warehouse issue is exceptionally disappointing. That unto itself makes me suspect of the administration and supply chain management.
Had a great experience at Sleep Number in Fredericksburg today. Went in to just look at get information. Patrick, our salesman was outstanding. Greeted us right away and after explaining to him our situation, he answered all of our questions. He spent a lot of time with us explaining the various aspects of the bed. He was very professional, courteous and helpful. So much so that we ended up buying a bed. Thanks again Patrick. I appreciate all the help you gave us.
