I had a great experience with both Tony and Patrick. If you're thinking about a sleep number bed, I would recommend you're coming in and seeing either gentleman.
Great store and staff. We were in and out after making a second bed purchase, but for our daughter this time. Tyler took her through the options and got her personalized settings and then let her try out different models. He was very professional and we are very satisfied customers.
Our Sleep Number mattress which we purchased at least 25 years ago needed to be replaced. Constant heating pad use destroyed a layer of the mattress causing a large bump. Our first mattress was purchased at the Potomac Mills location. We decided to go to the Central Park location this time and were pleased with the service we received. We purchased one of the first models of a Sleep Number bed over 20 years ago and just upgraded. The sales experience was actually fun and there was no high pressure to purchase above what we really needed. We are very excited to receive our upgraded Sleep Number bed, and use for another 20 years or more!
Outstanding experience, Patrick knows his product and was very open to answering our many questions. Recommend this store and Patrick. The atmosphere was very relaxing and we were given plenty of time for decision making, in other words… no pressure!
