Working with the store manager Elliott to figure out which Sleepnumber was right for us was an absolute pleasure. He was a no pressure expert that took time to ask us questions to determine what we were looking for and explained the pluses and minuses of all the various bed options. I recently moved and needed to get replacement caps from the store. I had a lovely interaction with the manager, Elliot, who provided me with caps and offered to assist via phone if I ran into any trouble disassembling or reassembling my sleep number bed.
