Moving is incredibly stressful, but Elliot Grizzard at the Fair Oaks Sleep Number store saved the day! We were stuck the night before our move because we were missing air hose toppers for our i8 bed. Rene, the salesman I worked with in Sleep Number at Fair Oaks Mall in Virginia was personable and efficient. I left very satisfied after buying a new sleep number after keeping the first one for over 30 years!
Recently purchased a new sleep number adjustable bed and worked with Elliott. He is very knowledgeable, and spent a great deal of time explaining the various options and patiently allowing me to try the various mattresses to assure I knew what I was considering.
