We recently purchased a king-size mattress from the Fair Oaks Sleep Number location, and we had a wonderful experience! We had an amazing experience finding our next mattress. Rene was very knowledgeable and personable and not at all pushy. He knew when to give us time to discuss and when to come back to answer questions. With a sleep number bed, everyone can get exactly what they need and want. 10/10 would recommend!
Elliott was so helpful in our decision making and made everything so easy for us. He was not a pushy salesman at all, which is what we liked. He was very friendly. After being a customer of Sleep Number Beds for 21 years, I now need to purchase a replacement bed. The manager Elliot at Fair Oaks Mall was really helpful in helping me decide which bed would work for me. There was no pressure sales but he did give out lots of new details on the models. I would highly recommend seeing him if your back is hurting and you need a new bed and live in northern Virginia area.
