I had a great experience with Store Manager Elliot Grizzard. He was knowledgeable, helpful and professional as he guided me through the process of buying a new bed. He was patient with me through all my questions about the many options available. We can’t wait to get our new bed!
I went here early when hardly anyone was in the mall and the employee and his friends, a group of three were all sitting on the beds, shooting the breeze, laughing and socializing. An absurdly unprofessional scene. They were not discussing the products but simply chatting socially. The woman was obviously a friend and not a customer. I asked the employee for help and he very rudely rebuked that he would be with me before returning to his socializing. Elliot was very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. Answered them all in depth. With his helped we were able to purchase the right mattress and all we really needed. The store at Fair Oaks was really nice and located in a convenient spot close to parking. Really great experience.
Worst experience ever they damaged my ceiling when delivering the bed they said they were gonna refund me what we paid and now it’s nothing but crickets
