We had a great experience at Sleep Number. Tom was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain the differences between the mattresses and helped us find the one that felt right for both of us without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Overall, the customer service was excellent and we really appreciated how easy and comfortable Tom and Dakota made the entire process. We would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Lexi was great. She greated us when we arrived, showed us a few things and then left us alone to figure out what we liked and what we wanted. She wasnt pushy or just trying to make a sale, it was very nice to not have someone just hovering over us the whole time. She answered all of our questions and did a bunch of digging to find us the best deal.
