Okay customer service, I went in looking for a wedge pillow, and they had the one I was looking for the exact one, but only had a sample of it. I asked if they were going to restock on it soon because I wanted to purchase the item in person so I could see the physical item I was getting so I wouldnt have to deal with any problems later. But they said that they were NOT planning on restocking the item but it was available online due to the item "being too big". Good lighting makes produce look nice.
I’m so grateful for Natasha’s customer service at the Sleep Number store! We walked in a minute before closing, totally desperate because I’ve been struggling with poor sleep as a new mom and was in real need of a new pillow for my back and neck pain. Natasha stayed open a few extra minutes with the best attitude and a warm smile.
