We had a great experience working with Dave. He was so helpfull in keeping us updated on sales with the beds. My girlfriend has had back problems with lashing for over 20 years and it helped her sleep more comfortably at night with our new bed. My favorite feature is the heat sink . I used to sleep with the fan on at night and with the new mattress it’s no longer needed. Great quality product with 5 star customer service experience with Dave. Thanks sleep number !

Well, haven’t received the mattress yet, but Josh our sales guy was great. Very knowledgeable, not pushy….great.
Poor quality! I bought a full size, single zone, most expensive mattress they had. It's wonderful when it works, but when it doesn't work, you're without a bed! I'm disabled and sleep by myself and 6 years after buying this bed, the inflatable part somehow got a tear in it so it completely deflated. My husband ordered a patch but that lasted only a week. We had to order a $300 new inflatable insert. Now, just 12 months later, something is wrong with the sensor in the pump and it pumps it up to 100. The remote says it's at 0.... read more
