So, my bed will take 4 weeks to get to me but the services was fabulous. I will update about the bed after I get a chance to sleep on it but the sales person knew we wanted to buy a bed, knew we didn't have a lot of financial assistance and knew he could make a sale but he still took the time to give us the red carpet treatment to make sure we were getting the absolute right fit. Staff was super friendly and helpful
I thought I was happy until I recently had my side of the bed deflated each night. We spent a ton of money on the best they had to offer and then it turns out to be garbage. I was just about to recommend my son go there and purchase a mattress but I will certainly try to get him to go a different way. Pathetic that a product this expensive can’t last more than a couple of years! I followed all of the steps to troubleshoot and need to pay over $300 for a new air chamber. All the employees were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The store was filled with different "pieces and parts'" of the differing beds.
