The lady was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very patient and thorough with all her information. She took her time and was not pushy, but again very helpful.
I bought a bed from sleep number. They delivered the bed to set it up. It looked good and felt good but they could not get th pump to interface with the remote controls. I talked to their customer service. They said it will not be made to work untill I sign an additional agreement. The agreement was over 30 pages on my smart phone. I informed them that I would not sign an additional agreement. We had already agreed to a deal... They refused to enable the remote control.
