I bought a bed from sleep number. They delivered the bed to set it up. It looked good and felt good but they could not get th pump to interface with the remote controls. I talked to their customer service. They said it will not be made to work untill I sign an additional agreement. The agreement was over 30 pages on my smart phone. I informed them that I would not sign an additional agreement. We had already agreed to a deal... They refused to enable the remote control. Stephanie was incredibly knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. She spent a huge amount of time answering our questions and took the extra step of looking up my account from over 25 years ago when I bought my first Sleep Number bed. Best customer service in the industry I've ever seen!
