Friendly staff not pushy, very helpful and Informative they are proud of their product and it shows.
My wife and I went in to purchase new pillows. As we entered the store we were greeted right away and asked how we could be helped. As we looked at the different pillows we asked a few questions about any sales going on and ended up getting the same type of pillow that we have had previously. The sales consultant - Jordan was friendly and very helpful with our questions.
Greg Schwab was very knowledgeable and made sure to put our needs first when finding the right Sleep Number bed.
