Purchased our 3rd Sleep Number bed and upgraded to the ClimateCool. Great experience, excellent showroom. Our sales guy Greg Schwab was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I highly recommend Sleep Number beds and if you go to the Glendale, AZ store ask for Greg.
Good overall experience. Not a quick shopping trip though. Busy area in Prasada. Good parking, reserved for the store. Nice folks with good knowledge.
I think we actually had a good time at the store with the salesman - sleep expert, Greg was very nice. My wife sometimes can ask a lot of questions trying to understand things in her own way, and Greg was great with this. He kept up with her questions in a nice way, patiently, and never pushing. We left to think about it, then came back later in the day to purchase.
