I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and Gregory made it happen.
Our visit to the store was very pleasant. We weren’t rushed or pressured and Greg provided a lot of information while we were relaxing on the bed.
Excellent service by Arrowhead Mall store in arranging for disassembly of a Sleep Number bed for moving!
Truly horrible customer service. I had a small clerical error with an order, but when I tried to fix it, they told me there was an error on their end and then put me on hold for 25 minutes. The customer service was so poor, I am buying the same thing from their competitor.
