My wife and I visited our local Sleep Number store primarily to look for a mattress that might help me with my chronic low back pain. We were helped by Mr. Greg Schwab. After a discussion of what we were trying to achieve, as well as my back issues, he showed us several mattresses and the two he recommended. He spent at least an hour with us, showing us the features of the mattresses as well as the bases (mostly with us, laying on the beds and experiencing how the mattress felt in various positions). Our visit to the store was very pleasant. We weren’t rushed or pressured and Greg provided a lot of information while we were relaxing on the bed.
Excellent service by Arrowhead Mall store in arranging for disassembly of a Sleep Number bed for moving!
