The store representative that we talked to was very courteous, very knowledgeable of the products, and patient with us. A very positive experience.
Excellent customer service. We were greeted by Mark when we arrived. He was very helpful and answered all our questions. There was no push to make a purchase nor did we feel rushed. I would highly recommend Mark and the Sleep Number store - our new Sleep Number is arriving soon.
