Alex was informative and helpful and very pleasant. He’s got a James Earl Jones voice that could put you to sleep while testing the mattresses. He really was a great resource. Much more than a salesman.

Eight years later and we still love the bed! My fiance and I went in and tried out beds. Sales rep was new and well informed. I was wary because of the previous reviews. We had no problems and love our bed.
