Colleen is the best. She was very helpful when looking at mattresses!
The sales associate, Colleen was very helpful and nice. Enjoyed trying out one of the beds.will be getting our new one in a few days!
The people at Sleep Number allowed us to test out several different beds there and find the one that suits us best. We are looking forward to getting it delivered and sleeping better.
Terrible customer service! We were leary to buy and even discussed our concerns in the Evansville store. Reviews complained about terrible customer service. We were assured that our concerns were invalid and they would be available to help with any issues. We knew as soon as the bed was delivered it wasn’t for us but had to wait the 30 days to return it.
