The sales associate, Colleen was very helpful and nice. Enjoyed trying out one of the beds.will be getting our new one in a few days!
The people at Sleep Number allowed us to test out several different beds there and find the one that suits us best. We are looking forward to getting it delivered and sleeping better.
Terrible customer service! We were leary to buy and even discussed our concerns in the Evansville store. Reviews complained about terrible customer service. We were assured that our concerns were invalid and they would be available to help with any issues. We knew as soon as the bed was delivered it wasn’t for us but had to wait the 30 days to return it. I have a queen size adjustable 360 smart bed. Worked great the first year, then all the bells and whistles faded out, including the remote that controls the air. The store i bought it from told me that since I have a cat the warranty was void. The air bags do still hold air but now 4 years in the frame is getting squeaky. A very expensive piece of junk! Not recommended.
Do not buy this product. Better beds can be had for alot less. Paid thousands and it's a deflated memory foam pad on one side in less than 5 years.
