We recently purchased a Sleep Number from the Hamilton County/Noblesville Sleep Number store. We visited several times spending hours in the showroom trying out the different options. Our sales person, Tom Hall was patient, extremely knowledgeable and provided helpful tips regarding the various mattress choices. Since our purchase, he’s been accessible for any questions we have had about the bed. I would highly recommend Tom and the folks at the Noblesville store if you are considering a Sleep Number bed.
I give it a 1 star, because that’s the lowest it will let me go. They were quick to take our money, but have terrible customer support. We’ve had nothing but problem after problem with our bed and Sleep number will NOT replace the bed. Still after parts being replaced we are still having the same issues. Sleep number don’t care about your experience they just want your hard earned money. A Supervisor straight up lied to me on the phone. We had a sleep number for 21 years, enjoyed our first but we were ready to upgrade to a split king. We had shopped online , but after going into the store it made it easier to decide which model we wanted . Great service at the store and delivery was excellent .
Our sleep professional was very knowledgeable and got us fitted the best option for us. We can't wait for our new bed to arrive.
