I met with the manager and she was amazing, she could answer all my questions and actually set the showroom bed up perfectly. I had looked at them online along with other needs like this and picked you're bed. I planned on buying the best one you had because of my disabilities and the manager was so easy to work with. I am glad I finally stopped by and I look forward to finally getting a great night's sleep
Their beds are great, can't argue with this. Ive own a king size ($5000l) When I moved into a smaller place, I just needed a twin size ($2000) Don't go there unless you either have cash, a credit card, or do what I did and got an interest free account. Their prices are not for the faint hearted. hearted. But, it might be the last bed you'll need to buy, so keep that in mind.

I have been lied to about your beds. The manager in Johnson City told me there would be a 5 year warranty. Imagine to my surprise when I found out it is prorated. Only had this bed for 2 years. I am sleeping in a very deep hole in my mattress. As a matter of fact, it is all the way down to the wood! I have called customer service several times. Had our first night of sleep on the 360 smart bed and loved it. My complaint is the people that set it up left protective tape on the metal and I can’t get it off because the frame is in the way. The frame behind the headboard lighting does not work nor the night lights. Very disappointing after spending 16k!!!
