The experience dealing with the local Sleep Number store in Johnson City Tn, was exemplary. The representative, Cora was extremely helpful and had a lot of knowledge, answering all our questions. It’s nice to put a face to a name to be able to deal with when we get our new Sleep Number bed in March.
Great presentation,very nice lady.She answered any questions and showed me every full size mattress that was in the showroom I am so glad that I went in today. can't wait to get it .Cora was a big big help to me.
Wonderful experience and Josh was very knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process.
Great service cora is very nice
Not a good experience at all. And like another person said the minute you have issues Cora is not as friendly and neither is customer service.
