Was a great experience! Cora was amazing!
The Sleep Number store in Johnson City. TN was a great place to visit. Today my wife & I visited and were taken care of by Cora. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the sleep number products. She was extremely helpful and not pushy at all, as we tried things out and help us to select what we needed. If you are in the market for a new mattress go see them.

Within 30 seconds of Cora greeting us, I knew this was going to be a positive experience. Not a single high-pressure sales tone came from her which spoke volumes to us. Our last two visits to a Sleep Number Store resulted in us leaving within five minutes of getting there because of the very strong suffocating feeling from the salesman. Cora. Josh was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, I have a complaint against your Customer Service Dept. I bought a 1/2 size king bladder to replace our old bed, it didn't hold air either, I want to send it back for a refund and was told they don't accept returns! I want my $231.58 back.
