Cora was nice and helped us out a lot. She was very patient with our Indecisiveness, she worked with us until we both found the perfect number and bed that was best for us. Ask for Cora you won’t go wrong!!!
Store was great , salesman was great . The product? Not so much . Glorified air mattress that happens (if you pay enough) to go up and down . The adjustable mattress itself is awful. “Do you want to deflate or inflate your side?” Do yourself a favor and get an actual mattress. I got rid my sleep number a year later and am so glad i did . Id rather sleep on the couch than spend $ on a plastic bag.

Actually I did all my shopping online. I already owned a sleep number mattress and wouldn't have anything else. Sales Rep. Josh was helpful and answered all my questions. He was professional and courteous and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this store and product.
