Horrible customer service. Waited a week for our bed delivery and driver called and said he would be here early but then canceled because of an inch of snow. I called the store and they were no help. I recommend buying a bed from anyone but them. Not worth the money
Excellent staff and store. They were very helpful in helping us to narrow down the right bed for us with absolutely no pressure to buy or up charge. We ended up with a mattress we are very excited about and felt really comfortable with. We never would have bought without this team and store experience. Chris was the best! We left that day without buying anything, wanting to make sure it was right for us. He followed up and gave us all the additional information we needed. Very happy with the service . Love being able to see the bed in person this is my second bed I have purchase at this store. Still have the first one but I purchase new home and want my company to be able to enjoy good night sleep when they visit.
Great experience. Chris is top-notch and that made bed shopping so much easier. His willingness to let us try out all the beds as well as his knowledge made the decision making stress-free. Highly recommend!!
