Bought split top king in 2021. Service ok with store. One side will not hold air. Went through online what to do. Did everything. Now called support(which is in the Philippines and bad connections three times disconnected) their answer is to pay $190 for technicians to come to home. Want your credit to charge immediately. Will take one month at minimum to get someone out. If they have to order part and return another $190 plus part cost. Have called store and left message for manager to call. We had an outstanding experience at Sleep Number! The entire process was smooth, informative, and actually fun. DO NOT BUY A SLEEP NUMBER!!! I bought a sleep number bed in 2019. At first, we were very happy even though it was very expensive at around $5k. My pump quit working in March 2024. They said it was not covered under warranty and I would have to pay $450 for a new pump. I argued with ultimately had no other choice because the bed was losing air. When the pump came, it would not connect to the app because it was a newer style pump. So a technician had to come out. This was another $380. What do you know, this new pump quit work... read more
Great beds, just extremely expensive. Couldn't rationalize spending 6-7k on a bed.
