Mike was the most professional, informative, and entertaining sales representative we have ever encountered. His depth of real world knowledge of their products and friendly presentation style immediately put us at ease and answered all of our concerns.
By far the best experience I have had shopping for a bed. I have had 3 back surgeries and the doctor told me I needed an adjustable base and mattress. I didn’t know much about Sleep Number beds when I came in. The store manager Sean walked me through and explained how they work and how they could help me. We found my perfect bed to help with my pain for less than I expected to pay. I appreciate that there was no pressure and they respected my budget. Clean store, friendly staff, and great customer service. Thanks again guys!
