Mike was amazing and made us feel no pressure. He made sure we understood all of our options and allowed us space to make our decision. We are looking forward to delivery of our new Sleep Number Split King adjustable bed with foot warmer in a week. This will replace our 10 year old Sleep Number which is well worn and out dated. New technology is amazing!
My experience with the blue Springs Sleep Number was second to none- Sean And the rest of the staff were more than helpful. We love our bed. It was a big financial investment.. The sheets that we purchased had a defect and they happily replaced them for free without Question or hassle. Mostly very good. I love the air bladder in your mattresses. I hated your grossly overpriced bed frames, but with the help of Sean we came up with a comprimise. I ordered all of your bedset execept for the bed frame. I saved over $500 by ordering the bed frame from Mattress Firm.
Mike gave me a lot and some of the best information that I’ve gotten at a sleep number store I was very impressed and this will be my first smart bed I’m very excited and very happy with my service that he provided. Thank you again Mike for wonderful experience I look forward to seeing you again when need be. (:
