We walked in intending to browse and ask questions about a sleep number because our current mattress is causing body aches. Kortney answered all of our questions without hesitation. She showed us all of the models, gave us a detailed demonstration, and was intentional to our needs. She stayed with us from beginning to end and helped us complete our purchase. Timothy was a wonderful sales person. Very patient, went through all the relevant models and features, answered all of our questions. We were concerned about having to have internet connectivity, the complexity of the controls, and the prorated warranty.
