We had a wonderful experience. Wade showed us all the beds; gave us the facts, did our sleep numbers and allowed us time to talk and decide which bed was best for us. We couldn’t be more excited to receive our bed and Wade attributed to that excitement buy loving this product. Thanks Wade for making the experience fun, easy, and comfortable!

We had an amazing experience purchasing our first sleep number mattress, and a huge part of that was thanks to Jessie who helped us through the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions, listened to what we were looking for, and never made us feel pressured into making a decision. The delivery/set up guys were also amazing!
So many choices! It's much like buying a new car- lots of options and features. Our salesman, Jai, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and transparent in explaining how he could help us & explaining options. Mattress Firm has a process in place that, from beginning to end, makes a major purchase as comfortable as possible.
Great service. Helped us find the perfect bed. Thank you! Highly Recommend
