We knew walking in what we wanted, but Dale was an expert at letting us know all the features and benefits of all the styles. As a 4th time Sleep Number bed purchaser, a lot of new features were new since I had purchased. It was great to hear all the new features! Thank you so much Dale!
It was the best customer service that I have experience in a very long time. Everyone was professional. The store was very very clean and I look forward to stepping into the Maple Grove store to build my bed. God bless you God keep you.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
So nice to walk in and find a friendly face and great personality! Dale was great to work with for the replacement of our 30 year old sleep number bed.
Rich and Dale are unbelievable ... almost like they share a brain in the way that they work together but also how they helped my wife and i determine the best bed for us, they took the time to no just sell us a bed but educate us as well. Much appreciated.
