Horrible product. Replaced foot warmers 4 tims in 5 years. $300 a pop. Horrible customer service
Excellent experience with Salesman , Dale and later with Rick. No pushy sales with an outstanding knowledge of their products.
Dale at the Maple Grove Sleep Number store, provided excellent customer service from our fist visit to post-delivery. We chose to install the new mattress upon delivery. We had a few questions about pairing our new mattress with our older base. Dale provided immediate support and followed it up with a call the following day to make sure that everything was operating correctly.
Bought a bed there this summer & they registered it under another person who is not even in our family. Have made no attpts to rectify the situation.
