Dale was extremely helpful. Provided info on a sleep number bed I recently purchased used. Also showed me how to set up bed when it arrives ant let me know if I have difficulty I can call and have someone come and help me. He ordered remote controls for me too. Dale was very professional and kind. Will recommend working with him to others.
