It was a great experience. The sales person spen over an hour showing us all the benefits of the bed
Buyer beware! I spent over 10K on a bed that is falling apart in under 4 years. I called in to redeem warranty and it's a terrible warranty, even after 3.5 years. I would need to pay $1000's to repair a shoddy bed that cost as much as a car and was built poorly. Sound smart to you? Let my mistake be your lesson and shop elsewhere. Sleep number is garbage.
My husband and I had a great experience with Tom at the Sleep Number store in the Ridgedale Mall. Very patient, answered our questions, didn't try to upsell. Thanks for the help in finding a new bed to help reduce back pain.
Tom and manager Nick (I believe his name was) were very nice and really exceeded our needs. We’re not the fastest decision makers and they were patient through our many visits. Haven’t recieved the bed yet but believe this will be 5 stars will update if not! Thanks again!
Horrible customer service. Predatory sales tactics and scammy return policy. Save yourself thousands of dollars and weeks of headaches by going with any other company.
