My wife and I find the bed very uncomfortable. I don’t fault sleep number for that. Mattresses are a personal preference and this wasn’t a good fit. The problem is their return policy. They hype the return policy as 100 days but in the fine print, they don’t take back the mattress base. In our case that was over $2,000. Horrible customer service! They've screwed up our account & have NEVER tried to fix it EDIT: They said it had nothing to do with their location but it does because I told the salesman that this had happened in the past & he assured me over & over that if we purchased the bed, he would PERSONALLY make sure that this didn't happen again. We have NO access to our own bed. Who's going to fix this?????
