Justin and Laurance, absolutely did a great job setting my sleep number up. They brought everything into my home with care and precision. This is the team you want taking care of such an important investment. I definitely was fortunate these were the two men to help me!
I purchased a bed from Nick last year and had a great experience. When my mother was having trouble with her 20 year old mattress, I brought her to Nick and he spent a lot of time with her explaining how to get the most out of her current mattress. From the beginning Nick knew she was not going to spend a dime in her store but he treated her with kindness and his years of sleeping knowledge. Thanks Nick!
I called the Minnetonka Sleep store and a very helpful gentleman named Nate walked me through the process of scheduling a appointment to reassemble my Sleep Number Bed due to my moving . Bought my 3rd and last bed from sleep number. Our first, almost 10 years old is a tank; and still working. I’ve recommended them because of this. But it’s clear these new beds are geared towards shareholder profits. Our pump stopped working and I had to pay $300 for a new one, or the bed is basically bricked. Tough paying 10% on your bed a year and a half later.
Let me start by saying I hate shopping for mattresses and have purchased over 30 mattresses in the past 40 years. The last several (7) beds have been Sleep Number beds, including (2) within the past year. I can't say enough about the most positive experience my wife and I had working with the staff at the Ridgedale Mall location.
