Tom was amazing! He was very thorough on educating us on the mattresses. We can’t wait to get out sleep number bed!!
My sleep specialist Thomas, albeit helpful in finding a pillow that suited my needs, waited until the end of my transaction to present a microaggression to me, a Black woman. If you are a person of color, I would recommend asking for John, the other sleep specialist at the Ridgedale mall location. I don't think expertise overshadows common decency and the fact he waited until the end showed an intentionality behind the act. We had a great experience as we learned more about Sleep Number beds. It was interesting to find each of our "sleep numbers" as we went through the interactive demo. Nate was informative and helpful!
I was looking online about the beds and shared my phone number and John called and after talking, we went in to talk with John. Being a previous owner of a Sleep Number, he enlightened us on the new technology. So I was happy to buy one.
