My sleep specialist Thomas, albeit helpful in finding a pillow that suited my needs, waited until the end of my transaction to present a microaggression to me, a Black woman. If you are a person of color, I would recommend asking for John, the other sleep specialist at the Ridgedale mall location. We had a great experience as we learned more about Sleep Number beds. It was interesting to find each of our "sleep numbers" as we went through the interactive demo. Nate was informative and helpful!
I was looking online about the beds and shared my phone number and John called and after talking, we went in to talk with John. Being a previous owner of a Sleep Number, he enlightened us on the new technology. So I was happy to buy one.
Bought the Lyocell Ultra sheet set about a year ago and this is the type of quality Sleep Number offers! Atrocious and definitely NOT worth the 250$ for these sheets. Do not buy these overpriced items just to be disappointed and ripped off with the prices. Upon going into the store no one really offered a solution or an apology for these faulty products. They did offer to sell another set for 280$ with a “discount”. I mean really, why sell such garbage when the quality is absolutely NON-EXISTENT. My advice is to take your mo... read more
