I walked into sleep number with no intention of buying another one. By the end of the day, my husband and I decided to buy a bed and adjustable frame from them. We had excellent customer service with an extremely knowledgeable salesperson. He knew his stuff and was very professional. We did not feel pressured to purchased and were given time to explore other stores and mattresses. I would recommend Sleep Number in Minnetonka to my friends.
Our experience at Ridgledale sleep number was nothing short of the best. Nick walked us through every step and made sure we chose the best option for us. I never felt like he was trying to upsell anything. I’ve never left a review for something like this before, that means it was truly a special experience. I can’t wait to use my new sleep number bed! Our first Sleep Number experience was with Nick at their Ridgedale store. He was upbeat and very personable on a Monday after the 4t of July holiday ,and after introductions got us smoothly into our "sleep number" assessment then educated us on the various bed systems available. He gave us time to speak privately with each other about pricing and styles, and also answered all of our questions (new to their systems, we had quite a few) without hesitation. We would 100% recommend Nick and this store.
Nick Colford was super knowledgeable on the mattresses and helpful guiding us through the process as we searched for what worked best for us. No pressure at all, no up-selling - he was exactly who most would want to work with because he cares about his customers and ensuring they have the right fit for sleeping. Highly recommend seeing him at the store!
Justin and Laurance, absolutely did a great job setting my sleep number up. They brought everything into my home with care and precision. This is the team you want taking care of such an important investment. I definitely was fortunate these were the two men to help me!
