Jamison sold us our bed in 2021 and was VERY helpful setting us up for our move. Keep him around and happy as he has a wonderful customer service approach and attitude!
Young was a huge help when my home delivery truck encountered a mechanical problem. Edina is a great Sleep Number location to get personalized attention.
Horrible customer service. Upon delivery of my mattress, the delivery drivers mentioned that as I already have a bed frame compatible with the new mattress, they could return the integrated frame I purchased and it would be immediately refunded. After not receiving my refund for weeks, I called the location and they essentially told me there is nothing they can do and it's totally out of their hands, which is a complete joke.
