Not reviewing the products we purchased (bed, mattress, and bedding) as we haven't received them just yet, but did want to comment on our purchasing experience.....it was GREAT! We worked with the store manager, Anthony, who was very kind and knowledgeable. We visited the store a total of three times before making our purchase and he was patient with our many questions. The salesman, Trevor, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Even called me after I bought the mattress to help me with a refund because it was cheaper. Great service.
Tom was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We went back there even though we have a store closer to home.
Great service! They give you plenty of time to make a decision without any pressure, which makes the whole experience really comfortable. Definitely a nice place to shop.
