Tom was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We went back there even though we have a store closer to home.
Great service! They give you plenty of time to make a decision without any pressure, which makes the whole experience really comfortable. Definitely a nice place to shop.

I received great service from Tom yesterday. I bought an i10 flexfit bed 3 months ago but couldn't set it up because of home remodeling. Went to set it up yesterday but I couldn't figure out how. Tom used a floor model to show me exactly how to set it up. Went home, set it up but couldn't connect the bed to the Sleep Number app. Called Tom and he stepped up again... he walked me through getting the bed connected. I had a great night's sleep last night because of Tom. Thanks Tom!
