I received great service from Tom yesterday. I bought an i10 flexfit bed 3 months ago but couldn't set it up because of home remodeling. Went to set it up yesterday but I couldn't figure out how. Tom used a floor model to show me exactly how to set it up. Went home, set it up but couldn't connect the bed to the Sleep Number app. Called Tom and he stepped up again... he walked me through getting the bed connected. I had a great night's sleep last night because of Tom. Thanks Tom!
Purchased my sleep number bed from Tom, and boy, was he sharp!! Super knowledgeable. Super friendly. Answered every single question and I had and even reminded me that there was no dumb question out there and to ask away! If you are in the market for a new mattress, deal with Tom!
Worse mattress I ever bought. I think they bought it from China for $40 then sold it to me for $400
