We had our first store experience and Caleb was excellent walking us through what a Sleep Number does and was very helpful and did not pressure us at all during the process. Thank you to Caleb for his down to earth personality and his work to ensure we were satisfied!
I do not recommend this store or the sleep number bed. The sleep number bed itself is a glorified air mattress. There is no reason an air mattress should cost this much, you are likely not paying for mattress quality you are paying for the air compressor. Please take time to look at the quality of the mattress itself before you purchase. Furthermore, the staff at this store will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to make a sale. Sarah was very kind, patient, and accommodating! We had our three children with us and she knew exactly what to do to keep them entertained while we looked for a new mattress. She's a very good salesperson without being pushy. She's very knowledgeable, I was impressed with her professionalism.
My husband and I went into this Sleep Number store to purchase a new bed. Gabe welcomed us as soon as we walked in. He is very knowledgeable and helped us find the bed that was the best fit for us. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. I highly recommend going to this Sleep Number store and have Gabe help you out.
