Sarah was very helpful. She showed me choices and features of different beds. She answered all of my questions with patience and knowledge. She was not pushy which was REALLY nice. She is excellent at following up and following through. She did exactly what she said she was going to do... love that. We don't have our bed yet but our experience at the Aurora Southlands store was great. We really enjoyed Ted & Caleb. Ted was our very knowledgeable salesman. He wasn't pushy and was very patient while we tried nearly every bed in the store trying to decide which one best fit us. Thank you so much for your awesome help! Ty & Bear
