Sarah, our sales person, was absolutely fantastic. We could not have asked for a better experience. She knew everything there was to know about everything there was for sale at the store, she was friendly, capable, and we never felt like we were rushed. Perhaps one of the best shopping experiences we’ve had in the last 25 years. If we could give more than five stars, we would! Thank you for a truly enjoyable morning.

We had our first store experience and Caleb was excellent walking us through what a Sleep Number does and was very helpful and did not pressure us at all during the process. Thank you to Caleb for his down to earth personality and his work to ensure we were satisfied!
I do not recommend this store or the sleep number bed. The sleep number bed itself is a glorified air mattress. There is no reason an air mattress should cost this much, you are likely not paying for mattress quality you are paying for the air compressor. Please take time to look at the quality of the mattress itself before you purchase. Furthermore, the staff at this store will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to make a sale. Sarah was very kind, patient, and accommodating! We had our three children with us and she knew exactly what to do to keep them entertained while we looked for a new mattress. She's a very good salesperson without being pushy. She's very knowledgeable, I was impressed with her professionalism.
