The sales staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in our purchase. The installers were friendly and efficient and very good at going over the features of the bed via the app.
Gabe our sales Rep was excellent. He was able to handle multiple customers at one time. He was very educated in the products he was selling. His customer service was top notch. It was refreshing to see someone care about the customer. This type of service is unfortunately not the norm. I applauded him. Our experience was very positive. Horrible experience! Talk about unprofessional and the warranty is a joke! They hire incompetent drivers who don’t even know how to install the bed properly. They came out on a service call to fix the bed and it was worst when they left. We have had a Sleep Number beds for over 25 years and this is the worst experience we have had!! Shop elsewhere!
Sarah is great. She is knowledgeable, listens to all your questions, and has a wonderful demeanor about her. I don't usually leave reviews, but this buying experience was truly 5 stars. Highly recommend sleep number and this store (Sarah) in particular.
