Murray was knowledgeable and really helped up through the purchase process. We had many questions and he was patient with us.
These people are deceptive and provide no customer service. Will do anything to get you through their short warranty period then you’re out of luck. Also recently filed chapter 11 so absolutely no recourse.
My wife and I were coming home from the mountains on the 4th of July. We have the usual issues of couples sleeping. I run hot, move, sometimes snore. My wife has a hard time falling asleep, moves often, she’s sensitive to how the heat from me transfers to the mattress. We both have aches and pains.
