Salesman did a good job of steering me to the right mattress. The checkoutprocess was tedious and I almost left. It seems the management of the company does not care about a customer's time post sales. INVEST IN A FASTER IT SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING INVOICES/RECEIPTS ETC...Paying several thousand for a mattress and then being charged $49 for a remote is ridiculous.
