Thomas went absolutely above and beyond to help with our situation! I urge the Sleep Number company to use this man's customer service skills as an exemplary how to manuel of how things should be done! Hats off to Thomas! He's the best!!!!
Had an issue with my 9 year old sleep number bed and Thomas being as knowledgeable as he is was able to help fix the issue over the phone with me! He went over the top to make sure the bed was working correctly and it was very much appreciated!
Thomas was very helpful answered all my questions looking forward for getting my bed!
