The young man was very helpful and saved me money
Great bed The salesman convinced me to finance when I could have afforded to buy outright seemingly to his own best interests.
We had an issue with our two year old i8 bed where a side became deflated during a move and wasn’t connecting… tried customer service number with no luck because of the “business hours”. I called the Northglenn location and spoke to store manager Thomas. He was absolutely amazing!! Thomas went above and beyond for me. He not only tried everything he knew over the phone with me the night we were without a bed, but he followed up with me the next day to ensure I would have a bed for the evening. I stopped into this location and met Angel and Thomas a little while ago. They are wonderful and take great care of me. My complaint at this time is that the company does not make their temp control sheets or many of their products in a full size. I purchased a full size mattress, something many older single people prefer and now cannot get the products I would like for it. This is a failure of corporate decision makers not this store. But just be aware of it when you purchase your mattress.
