Wonderful shopping experience, Christine was great and so knowledgeable. We tried several beds during our search and can’t wait to have our sleep number delivered.
This is my 30 + year old sleep number mattress that Christy sold me at the Lone Tree sleep number store. I was a nurse and enjoyed my sleep and restfulness on my bed.😁
Samantha was our salesperson, and she was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and patient as she explained the product and the various sleeping options. She provided helpful information that allowed us to make an informed decision. Samantha was off today, so Christine stepped in to help us complete the purchase. Christine was also knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and patient. Both Samantha and Christine made the experience pleasant and helpful.
Although we are experienced sleep number owners, there is always something new to learn. Our sales person, Christine, was very kind, explained all of the new features and models since our last purchase and listened to us when we had had questions and we were ready to move forward. It didn’t take forever and it was a great experience.
