Just happened to go in store, salesman was great. We ended up buying a queen. Received it 3 weeks later and two guys who delivered/setup were great. We are pretty satisfied considering it’s only 90 days old.
Excellent customer service. The sales person went over everything and we never felt rushed or pressured.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Not pushy or overbearing. Really helpful with questions and concerns we might of had.
Could not browse the website because of the obnoxious email request. I know this isn’t branch level, but contact corporate and tell them they are being rude to customers.
