Walked in the store with some knowledge of which bed I was looking for. Kenny, sales rep was great to work with, knowledgeable, did not try and push a sale. He allowed the product to sell itself, provided answers and directions as to which system would best fit my needs. You looking for a better night sleep and good sales experience go see Kenny!!
The customer service was fantastic. Kenny was very helpful and knowledgeable. Not pushy and did not try and sell me anything that I didn’t ask for.
This review is for CORPORATE not the Hoover location. I have now had 2 experiences with Sleep Number customer service related 2 product quality. My first Sleep Number, we paid about $8000 for and within a few years the mattress foam started collapsing on one side and the whole foam mattress had to be replaced. They tried to charge me a pro rated amount, but finally agreed that they would cover the cost to replace it.
