The customer service was fantastic. Kenny was very helpful and knowledgeable. Not pushy and did not try and sell me anything that I didn’t ask for.
This review is for CORPORATE not the Hoover location. I have now had 2 experiences with Sleep Number customer service related 2 product quality. My first Sleep Number, we paid about $8000 for and within a few years the mattress foam started collapsing on one side and the whole foam mattress had to be replaced. They tried to charge me a pro rated amount, but finally agreed that they would cover the cost to replace it. Sleep Number in Hoover Al @ Amber Dr: Nice clean environment! Store manager Tika Foxworth was fabulous! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating! The bed we purchased is a way overdue for us! The most comfortable ever! Highly recommend this store, manager, and bed! Robert and Lisa
Tika and the other gentleman we spoke to were very helpful and patient with us as we tried out the beds. They worked with us on pricing. They were not pushy whatsoever. I highly recommend! This will be our 2nd sleep number in 15 yrs. We still have thr other one in guest room.
Great buying experience. Staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend this store
