Horrible experience. I will never own or recommend a sleep number bed again. My side of the bed has been going flat multiple times per night for a long time. We replaced the air chamber at our own cost but that did not fix the problem. Technician was scheduled to come out and canceled on the scheduled date after I took off work to be home. We were told by the salesman it had a lifetime warranty only to find out it wasn’t true and we had to pay over $300 to replace the air chamber when that wasn’t the issue. Im looking to buy a washer/ dryer unit but after reading previous reviews I've decided to look elsewhere. My main reason was due to all the issues with delivery. There seemed to be quite a few reviews about this.
