BUYERS BEWARE: DO NOT purchase an adjustable base until you have tried the mattress at home first. Because if you buy the base with the mattress and for any reason you’re not happy, only the mattress is refundable. The adjustable bases are FINAL SALE. Save yourself thousands of dollars.
Went into the store 2 days ago. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They placed my order and helped me apply for 0% financing. My beds (yes, plural) arrived today --- what a serendipity, I was expecting 2+ weeks. Thank you!

I recently needed assistance with what I thought was a problem with the remote for my bed. I took it into the Greenville, SC store and was assisted by Kimberly Penny. She showed me how to recalibrate it and assured me she was available if I had further questions. Also, she gave me the card for further assistance if needed , by customer service. I could not have had a more pleasant experience.

I haven't received my sleep number bed yet and that is because the delivery component SUCKS!. I am the customer paying a good amount of money for this bed and you can't work around my schedule? It really upsets me that the lady I spoke with on the phone didn't hesitate to transfer me to the returns department. I guess my business means nothing since you have so many people buying these beds. Great! It shouldn't matter how many beds you sell, everyone should feel like a special customer. What happened to customer service????
