Matthew was very helpful and knowledgeable. We also appreciated that he gave us some space to let us discuss what we wanted without hovering. He answered every question we had. A no pressure sales floor was a big selling point for us. We felt like we were given adequate space and time to make a decision. We did end up purchasing a matress that day!

Julian was the sales person That started the process with my wife. I was at work at the time. My wife was in the store for a few hours and then contacted me to join her. Julian Allowed my wife, the opportunity to maintain her presence in the store while she Waited for me to assist in choosing the right mattress for us. He was patient, he was kind, very thorough with his explanations. He repeated the whole process once I got Ensure I knew everything from start to finish.
