My Wife and I went into the store and looked around and was meet by Hayden. He was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time answering all of our questions. We ended up buying and bed and can't wait until it gets here. If you go into this store, ask for Hayden you will not be disappointed with his knowledge and professionalism.
The deli sandwiches are tasty.
I wish I would have read reviews before attempting to purchase our bed. I say attempting to purchase because the bed never could be delivered because of the huge disconnect in communication in the company. The sales people at the store are just that: sales people. Good luck with even getting the bed delivered after you make the purchase. The salesman at the Covington store told us if he happened to have any issues with delivery to call him. Do not shop at this store, they are only interested in the sale. Once the sale is made they couldn’t care less.
