My experience was rather unique. My sleep number was delivered and installed but I had ordered a piece online that I didn’t need. The salespeople were instrumental in helping me sort things out. I return the piece and will be credited the cost to my account. While I was at the store I purchased a pillow. So far my I am sleeping better.
This place is a joke. My wife and I bought a bed on July 11th and was going to have it delivered on the 23rd. One the day of delivery they called to reschedule because of a truck being broken down. After an hour on the phone they had dates for delivery waaaayyyy in the middle of August. After having to fight for a while they somehow found a date for July 30th. My family has purchased 5 beds from this store and its manager Melinda, even from a rental condo in Florida. We felt right at home as we were encouraged to test out mattresses and assess our needs. Now as my husband is struggling to put on his socks and shoes from the side of the bed Melinda directed me to the most logical mattress.
