Karen was great! We told her what we didn't like about our bed, and she had us try out 3. She didn't pressure us to buy a more expensive mattress than the one that we really liked, and she went through quite a bit of hassle to get multiple price quotes for us and was very nice through it all. She made it easy for us to decide to go ahead and make the purchase with realistic monthly payments and no regrets.
