Our in-store trial experience on different models, provided by our salesperson Trevor, was nothing less than exceptional. Although we haven't received our bed yet (delivery scheduled for next week!), if its anything like our experience in the store, we look forward to our first full night of exceptional sleep to solve all our sleep issues. I have been a loyal Sleep Number customer for 20 years and Alan was a fantastic sales associate. Very knowledgeable on the different models and gave us a great deal while buying my new bed.
Alan took the time and effort to explain to us what we needed to know about Sleep Number. He and his manager were knowledgeable and patient with us throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this particular store to friends and family.
Trevor was awesome at sleep number. He was really kind down to earth and knowledgeable, totally customized our experience and went out of his way to be really helpful. I was trying to get a mattress for my dad and he went the distance to try to make sure we had everything that we needed.
