Absolutely terrible experience, deserves a negative 5 star review but Google doesn’t offer that functionality. I was given a delivery window for May 24, 2025 between 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM, but the mattress never arrived. After multiple calls, unprofessional service, and false promises from several reps—including being hung up on and ignored—I wasted my entire day waiting. Abraham was great! He knew exactly what we needed and guided us through the whole process to find the perfect longterm mattress for us! I also loved that the store has a small LEGO section, it definitely entertained my son while we were there!
What an experience! My wife and I considered a Sleep Number mattress for over 14 years and went through three other mattresses durring that time. For our 15th Anniversary, I wanted to give my wife some back pain relief and for both of our tired bodies to get a fulfilling night of sleep. We are parents of three daughters who wear us out! Trevor, Abe, Mac and team were so helpful and knowledgeable about their products that made it so easy for us to decide which bed and other products to buy. Can’t wait to get our sleepnumber bed in a week!
It is a pleasure dealing with MacGregor in the Danbury, CT store. Very professional but in a low-key manner, very informative but not pushy. We have disappointments. The first is that a new company policy does not allow for two different Twin XL mattress models within one King adjustable bed frame. I found the ILE model mattress most comfortable, my wife the C2. In the end, we went with two C2 Twin XL mattresses. The second disappointment is that the earliest delivery date is more than a month out.
