DO NOT BUY A SLEEP NUMBER BED. IT TAKES A MONTH AND A HALF TO HAVE THE BED MOVED BY THE SLEEP NUMBER COMPANY. I regret buying a sleep number bed.
While this store and the employees have been good in our 17 months of owning a bed, the product does not hold up. Buyer beware. It’s an expensive bed so one would expect quality- we have had 2 major issues in 17 months. The first one was 2 months in- they replaced the chamber because one went flat…, didn’t hold that against them- until this week. Again a flat side. Called customer care. Yes they will replace at “prorated warranty. It has been 15 months since the last replacement…. 15!!!!! I think that is a product that lacks... read more
MJ was an excellent salesperson. We learned so much from him and helped us pick the bed we really wanted. I totally recommend this store!
Very pleasant buying experience. Non pressure salesman and aswered any questions we had and very knowledgeable.
Our experience was very nice. Clean store, Josh is very helpful, knowledgeable, considerate, respectful. Would recommend.
