I have been to a few sleep numbers throughout my years. This one was by far the best experience. They were very helpful in helping pick out new sheets as well as a bed topper. Thank you! I will be back!
Danielle, the sales associate, went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and help me make the best, informed decision for my husband and me. We have owned a queen sleep number bed for almost 20 years and have been very satisfied with it. That's why we decided to buy another one in a king size for our new master bedroom. Our queen sleep number will be moved to the guest bedroom for others to have a good night's sleep while visiting. Thank you again, Danielle, for your patience with me. Happy 2025!
Danielle was very nice and understanding. We are taking care of my father and wanted to purchase sleep number beds. We got a great deal on 2. But unfortunately due to my father's condition we are going to put these on hold.
Bought an ILE mattress from this store. I asked the sales person what I would be responsible for if the mattress did not work out for us, she said the delivery fee of $249. She DID NOT mention anything about a return fee of the same price. Granted I should have read the fine print, but I bought it over the phone after I had been in the store and didn’t have any paperwork in front of me. She should have been honest with me and told me there would be 2 fees. It took me an hour on the phone with their customer service just to g... read more
