Salesman was great. Helped us pick out the right bed for us.
Worst decision I’ve ever made. Finally sleeping now that I’m not using it. Glorified inflatable mattress. Doesn’t get soft and firm, just inflates and deflates. Can’t even sell the thing. Don’t do it!
We shopped at the Sleep Number store to pursue due diligence. We intended to buy a new mattress but figured they were too expensive. Charles was patient and gave us an appropriate amount of information then gave us room to test, evaluate and discuss our thoughts. Even though we would preferred to spend less, Charles and the product made the decision easier than expected.
Wendy greeted us at the door and was very helpful. She didn't hesitate to ask her manager if she wasn't sure about something as she is a new employee. I appreciated that, and he helped but didn't overwhelm her. Nicely done. I can't wait to get our new bed and sheets!
Ben was fantastic!! He answered all of our questions, was very professional, kind, and friendly. He was very professional and knowledgeable about every bed we tried out. I would highly recommend Ben at Sleep Number on 135th Street in Overland Park.
