Charles was easy to work with
My air chamber stopped inflating after 2 years, the warranty only covers 60% and we have to pay 40% which is 163.00. The bed is nice, customer service is kind but you should clearly understand what limited warranty means when you buy a sleep number bed. A failing air chamber after only 2 years is very disappointing. 4/2025 Adding to this review. Less than 2 years later a chamber failed again. We just had to purchase another one at 200.00 now. If we had known this in 2021 we would have never purchased a sleep number bed.
I could not have asked for a more professional and caring salesperson than Robert. Robert is an absolute asset to Sleep Number. I would not consider in the future talking to anyone else other than him. I hope Sleep Number realizes what a quality team member they have.
We have had our bed for a few years now and we absolutely love it. What's even more incredible, is how awesome the staff is, as they continue to follow up with us and check in on us from time to time. It is much appreciated! They also alerted us to a credit that was expiring soon, and we used it on some nice new, incredibly soft sheets, which were delivered to our doorstep. Rob at the Sleep Number store at 135th and Metcalf, Overland Park, KS. Presented me three options at various price points with no pressure. Rob replaced our 20 year old Sleep Number with an upgraded system. Rob explained everything clearly and is an awesome guy! We were in and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend the store and Rob.
