great experience
Just got the sheets today. Won't get the bed till Nov. 19th. Way too early to write a review. Maybe after thirty nights I might have something to say.
They carry many specialty products.
Not recommended. I was on hold with support for over an hour. They did not solve my issue. They just put me in hold limbo.
The store is clean, the sales people are nice but not particularly helpful, given the multitude of options. Our Sleep Number bed lasted precisely 2.5 years. I can home one day and somehow both of the air chamber blades had blown out. As someone who builds software, I immediately saw this as either a software failure where the bed overinflated by accident, or the seemingly less plausible, that SN overinflated the bed on purpose.
