Sleep number Ammon Idaho can't make money on their beds, so they soak you on delivery and returns. I'm disabled, and a Veteran. My wife recently had a hip surgery. I even tried to add room on my Synchrony account, and it went into Sleep numbers, thus we had no way to replace this bed and were left without one. Uncaring. Richard is not honest. Stay away from this place. I was told we could return our mattress if we didn’t like it. (I knew the base was not returnable) But when I went to return it they said we had to pay $250 as a “shipping cost” AFTER we already paid $250 to get it delivered. It feels like you’re sleeping on a water bed. I called the customer service & the lady was rude & said she couldn’t do anything to help me & that the manager of the store could potentially waive the $250. Beware of sales person MATTHEW. He told us there was a ONE time home delivery fee that would be non refundable if we didn't like the bed in the 100 day trial. I didn't like the bed so I returned it. When the people came to pick it up I had it ready to go for them. They didn't even come into my house. I got a bill for $500 for the home delivery fee AND the pick up fee. I should also mention he told me that I could exchange if I want to but didnt mention I would be charged a home delivery fee again. And he really encouraged us... read more
