Super helpful. No pressure. We shopped around for a over a year and they were great whenever we had questions.
Richard was so helpful in answering every question; and there were many. He is also very knowledgeable, about the feathers, of the beds. Should I have other friends who need a sleep Number, I will for sure send them to Richard.
Love my Sleep Number. All their products are fabulous. They did an amazing job on helping me get the things I needed to use my bed again
Sleep number Ammon Idaho can't make money on their beds, so they soak you on delivery and returns. I'm disabled, and a Veteran. My wife recently had a hip surgery. I even tried to add room on my Synchrony account, and it went into Sleep numbers, thus we had no way to replace this bed and were left without one. Uncaring. Richard is not honest.
