We just bought our second bed and we have had nothing but problems with the bed and customer service. If you call the store for help they give you the sorry you have issues can’t help you just call customer service. You can’t get an actual person that speaks English with customer service and they are no help. We paid $16,000 for a bed that didn’t work the way it was supposed and then finally got a date to have someone fix it a month the later. As always, when I go into the Sleep Number store here in Bangor, Maine, I always get what I need and any and all questions answered.
