I spent some time at this store recently. Their staff member Carla was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to answer all my questions and the personalized service was excellent. The best part was that I didn’t feel pressured by upselling- the products sold themselves. The one thing that I did not like was the repeated text messages and emails after my initial inquiry. But all in all it was a good experience and will do business with them again
