I rarely leave negative reviews, but I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing from Sleep Number. My husband and I recently spent over $7,000 on a Sleep Number bed along with the matching headboard and footboard set. Called the store in Bangor, Maine just to ask some questions about purchasing a Sleep Number for my dad who lives well out of the store coverage area. Bill was a great help in not only helping choose the bed that would be best for my father but also in explaining how the delivery service would work when out of the coverage area. Made my purchase right over the phone with Bill. Great customer service.
Bill was very attentive to our needs. He worked with us for a couple of months until we decided to buy. He kept us informed of any new deals along the way. I would give him 10 stars if it was an option. Thanks Bill
