Store manager Cat was exceptionally helpful - not only in explaining options related to Sleep Number mattresses, but also in ways to enter/exit the mall and reach the store given my mobility problems. She listened carefully to our questions and concerns so her answers - pros AND cons - were most pertinent. If our experience with the new mattress when it arrives next week even approaches our store experience, we'll be happy indeed. Well done, Sleep Number!
We are a sleep number family. We were treated very well. I did express my concern about not being able to get maintenance a year or two ago. I went through a real pan reaching out for help replacing my boxes and then the motor to raise my head. Maine is rural and you don’t have any help for us. I’m 76 years old and did not appreciate lying under my bed putting new motor unit in. Thank you for listening.
