We had a very positive experience trying to replace a 15 year old mattress. Our sales woman, Cat, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and within a brief amount of time we had accomplished our mission and came away with the closest option, which is even a better option than we had hoped. Once I decided on purchasing a new bed, I visited my local Sleep Number location in South Portland. I met with Casey, who taught me all about there mattresses and frames. The whole process was painless and clear. I made my purchase and I can’t wait until it arrives.

While my experience in the store was the typical sales store experience, professional, clean, and knowledgeable, the delivery people weren't so professional. Upon delivery, the guys yelled at a friend and I to stay out of their way in my driveway.
