Paul and Matt were very helpful as well as everyone else involved with my exchange; this exchange is too complicated to go into detail, but they accommodated me purely out of customer serviced even though they weren't obligated to. This ended up giving me the better mattress suited for me and I even purchased the top Tempurpedic base, a base in which one never even entered before, at my mind at original purchase. Cat was terrific! She is obviously very knowledgeable about the product and was very detailed and extremely helpful in helping us to select the right mattress for us. I had a LOT of questions and she went above and beyond to answer them all, even providing measurements and pictures. We can’t wait for our delivery and highly recommend Sleep Number in the Maine Mall when it comes time for your next mattress purchase.
