Michael was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall, the experience at Sleep Number was excellent. I feel we made a good decision and Michael made it easy for us.
I have had these beds for over 20 years and never had a complaint for 9 different models over 22 years. My husband surprised me with a Queen double chamber. It isnt even part for yet and now it isn't working on 1 side. IT HAS A DESIGN FLAW....new foam, will not fix the problem because the bed slides off the base slightly and we have ALL fell out of this bed....kids, elders. I hurt my thumb. I need a lawyer and the better biz. The store folks are great but corporate does not care about customers smh
I am writing this note to make you aware of the great Customer Service provided by Michael, one of your employees at the Garden City sleep number store. I contacted Michael on September 3rd at 10:00am about a damaged sheet set. I was concerned because in 5 more days my new bed is being delivered. Michael's first words were, in essence, "we take care of our customers, we will take care of this right away." Michael achieved his goal within just a few hours.
