Excellent experience! Michael was very knowledgeable and clearly experienced with the different technologies and options available. He had everything ready for me to evaluate firsthand and gave me space to compare the options without feeling pressured. He also walked me through all of my questions and made the entire process easy and informative. I highly recommend Sleep Number and asking for Michael to help you out the next time you visit.
Michael was so helpful during the entire process of purchasing the sleep number bed. I had purchased a sleep number in the past and loved it and wanted to get another one. I kept changing my mind about options, etc. He provided excellent customer service and I would recommend him and sleep number.
Our mattress buying experience was easy, informative and painless. Our sales representative Michael gave us time to look at all mattresses and was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered any questions and helped make the decision so easy. It was so worth the drive from Aquidneck Island.
Great experience at sleep number. Michael was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made the buying process easy as possible. -Devin
