We had a very pleasant experience at the Dover, DE Sleep Number Store. Laurie, our salesperson, was excellent to work with and Laura who followed up for Laurie while she was off was great to work with as well. Laurie was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and the process. I Would highly recommend this store
