Staff was very very helpful and patient with us continually sending over revised quotes.
Dear friends tip us off as to where we could find a new bed. We we're met by some incredible sales associates at sleep number in the Dover mall. At first we were only going to look. Once our conversation continued with finding a comfortable bed. Laura was very knowledgeable on exactly which bed and settings would work for us. We choose a bed that conforms to our medical issues as well as our complete comfort. The experience was amazing. Thank you Laura and the weekend crew

Laura provided excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong type sheets for my FlexTop Split King bed. She caught my mistake and canceled my order and ordered the me the correct size. She was friendly and patient as I kept adding additional items to my order. My opinion of Sleep Number wasn't positive before speaking to her but has definitely changed after receiving such great customer assistance.
