Exceptional customer service.
Jean from the Fargo store was fabulous to work with. Great customer service.
The app rarely works, the bed constantly loses air, and the gap between air chambers makes it extremely uncomfortable. Scheduling tech support is a nightmare, and customer service is slow and unhelpful—most of the troubleshooting is dumped on you. After one mattress exchange, we're stuck with a $9,000 bed we regret buying. Avoid.
We were really impressed! Dean took his time with us showed us how effective this bed would be. Talked us through the process and was extremely patient with us. First class all the way.
Received our bed yesterday for Doorstep delivery. Spent a good amount of $ on this bed. No setup instructions found in App or given at time of delivery pertaining to our bed design. Called the Fargo store today, the person did not know how it needed to be setup and said that I needed to call customer service. I was also told by the lady at the Fargo store that I needed to stop being rude and listen since I did interrupt the person on the phone once.
