Very knowledgeable and helpful.
We recently made a stop in the Cheyenne Sleep Number store. We didn't know what to expect, but it was a wonderful experience! I joked that it was like a theme park for restoration and relaxation. It was awesome to try out the different beds and pick out our sleep numbers (firmness). Our customer experience was exceptional. Nathan was very personable, friendly, and informed. We had a good experience with the exception that Colline Gootee was the only employee working that day. She was overwhelmed by customers. She move from customer to customer trying her best. We thought about leaving but gave her a chance. She was very helpful and insured we were satisfied. I give her a 10 for customer service. Order our bed on Saturday 2/14/26. Received all the items on 2/20/26.
The gentleman that was helping us was great to work with, very patient, wasn’t too salesy or pushy and was willing to answer any questions or get us whatever information we needed to make a decision we felt comfortable making!
