Staff was patient and knowledgeable. Didn’t try to upsell me or convince me I needed something I didn’t. Prices were reasonable for what they had. Good quality stuff. I would recommend everyone to go there. I’ll be telling my family and friends!
What a great experience! We went on a weekday and Tracey was so helpful and kind, showing us all the couches and walking us through all the options and her suggestions. We ended up picking a really lovely Brentwood couch. Their delivery team managed to get it into a really small apartment (honestly, it was really tight!) but they were kind and professional the whole time. I would have given up, but they persevered. Bad stuff all around rude parking problem
If you are looking to support Canadian made, check out Sleep N Comfort. Most of their couches, beds and other furniture are Canadian made. The sales people are genuinely interested in finding solutions that are right for you.
It’s great to know when you refer a friend here, they get great service. We were referred by family years ago. We ordered custom chairs for my 99 year young mom and my husband and I. 7 years ago and like new. All used daily for hours at a time. So pleased. Thank you.
