Great doctor, terrible customer service from his office manager. At 9:00am (opening time) She did not have the patience to explain any of the 3 questions I had, unprofessional, and dismissive. She should not have a front end job dealing with customer interactions as other situations like this may occur and keep patients away. As patients, we come for help and are PAYING for services in which we expect to be treated kindly and respectfully.
