I had a bad interaction with an employee (Ben) in store but lily of head office was a delight to talk to and extremely understanding. She handled the issue well. Lily works at the Dandenong store and would recommend her!
We have been to Sleep King Nunawading store recently, we were warmly welcomed by Wayne, sales person. Then Wayne took us around the store and showed us their various furnitures. The store provides all variety furnitures cross board. We were very pleased to have Wayne to help us to get what we wanted and he has organised the delivery so promptly. It was a very pleasant experience. Wayne has provided his professional and friendly services.
