We originally visited to try out an online-only mattress that Sleep Haven stocked for people to try out. Mac helped us out and steered us in the right direction after we were disappointed by the poor quality of the mattress-in-a-box that we were expecting to purchase. Mac wasn't pushy or overly sales-y like many mattress salespeople are. Mac was patient and gave us his expert opinion as we tried several ultra-firm mattresses throughout the store. Just spent almost about 90 mins shopping products, asking questions, flipping mattresses, getting a weight scale out to weight the and discussing. Loved our time there and purchased a new diamond mattress.
Many selections to choose from! Mac is very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. I would go back there again to purchase another mattress when it is time for another one!
Outstanding service! Excellent selection of Tempurpedic mattresses to try them all out. Ali, Mac, and Francisco, are all amazing. Their service was friendly, fast, and made doing business with them a pleasure. When they delivered, they even wore gloves when handling the mattress to prevent any accidental hand prints on the new mattress. Will buy from again in the future. Supporting local business owners that provide exceptional service!
