Have tried to reach this location by phone several times in the past several weeks and not once have they answered, nor did they return the message I left. My entire experience with sleep country after purchasing a mattress that arrived defective has been a nightmare that they have handled beyond poorly.
I visited the Windermere store in order to get new bedding and pillows. Greg was amazing in helping me out. He was very knowledgable about all the products, really took his time to make sure I understood what was there. He had me try the pillows in order to make sure I got what I needed. Greg was so personable and helpful. I highly recommend him to anybody looking for anything to do with bedrooms.
Victor was a very accomodating and experienced salesman, pointed me toward the right direction with great service & expertise! The delivery team was also top notch no hassles what so ever!
Victor was amazing. He helped through, answered questions and explained everything clearly. Also the price is great!!! my beds and mattress protector have been delivered , assembled too and I love them . I have attached the king size bed and mattress.
Gregg was great. Very knowledgeable and gave us a good deal. We’re excited to receive our new bed in only 2 days from purchasing it.
