My wife and I had a great experience at this Winderemere Sleep country location. Ann was awesome; she was informative, helpful, and answered all our questions. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the best possible price and that we were satisfied with our purchase. I would definitely recommend this store.
My boyfriend and I had an excellent experience with Vinkal. He was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough in addressing all our needs. We felt well taken care of throughout the process and never rushed. Thanks to his outstanding service, we’re so excited for our new mattress! Very helpful. Only reason I did not give 5 starts is some of the sales associates were wearing way to much aftershave or cologne and it gave me a headache. Be aware if you have any scent sensitivities.
Have tried to reach this location by phone several times in the past several weeks and not once have they answered, nor did they return the message I left. My entire experience with sleep country after purchasing a mattress that arrived defective has been a nightmare that they have handled beyond poorly.
I visited the Windermere store in order to get new bedding and pillows. Greg was amazing in helping me out. He was very knowledgable about all the products, really took his time to make sure I understood what was there. He had me try the pillows in order to make sure I got what I needed. Greg was so personable and helpful. I highly recommend him to anybody looking for anything to do with bedrooms.
