My experience at the store was wonderful I had such a great help by Corey helping me decide what bed to buy He was polite and very knowledgable and took a lot of his time helping me out and trying to get the best deals for me as I was limited to what I could spend, I would definitely come back to the store to shop again thank you Corey and sleep country
Just walked in to this store to take a look at mattresses. Literally sat down on the first bed, next to the front door, and start talking to my spouse. A salesman, Paul, immediately interrupts our discussion and starts his aggressive sales pitch. He rattles off a dozen questions about our sleeping positions and our price range, all of which were met with "Oh, we'd like to take a look around." or "Thanks, but we'd like to just browse for now." Will tell you what you want to hear for a sale... sleezy car salesmen... DON'T SHOP at this location... I will never shop here again.

Shop around and be cautious of the prices offered at this location. I have been a loyal customer of Sleep Country since 2005, purchasing a couple of mattresses and pillows from different locations. I visited the Windermere location today to try out the Casper Wave and Tempur-Pedic Pro Adapt King mattresses during their Boxing Day sale. The service from the sales associate was satisfactory, being more passive than engaging, even though nobody was in the store.
