WORTH THE DRIVE TO SEE BRIAN! I have been having issues with finding the right pillow for awhile. I have even been to other SC locations but Brian was the only one to actually helped me. He took the time to help me find the right pillow by checking how my spine and neck (with permission!) aligned while testing the pillow. There was no pressure to make a quick decision and he was very knowledgeable in what I needed.
Purchased a new adjustable king bed and mattress from Sleep Country Barrhaven in March 2025. Had exceptional customer experience from both Justin and Jamal. They both went above and beyond the answer all our questions and walk us through the process. We are very happy with our new purchase.
We bought four mattresses from Sleep Country and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Jamal, our salesperson, was amazing: patient, honest, and he really helped us find exactly what we needed. The delivery was smooth and on time, and everything arrived in perfect condition. We’re very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend Sleep Country, especially if you get to deal with Jamal!
Had an amazing experience with purchasing my first mattress, on my own! Even though they were close to closing, their Sales Associate, Jamal, was quick to help me choose the mattress that was right for me. He gave his honest opinion on which he thought better suited my needs! Jamal was patient and understanding when I forgot my wallet, and accommodated by staying an extra 5 minutes for me to run home and get what I needed.
Extremely happy and satisfied with my mattress. Returned with my grandmother to get her one too. We had the best rep ever. Jamal was so accommodating, he even stayed late to help my grandma make the best choices for her. He never rushed us and was so polite and patient. I will absolutely by from here again and from Jamal in a heart beat. Thank you sleep country for the best sleep ever!
