Painful experience all around, had a demo/floor model bed I purchased for a lower price. Had issues with how it was affecting my lower back just a few months later, tried to return under warranty and just kept getting the run around. The website wont accept over 4mb pictures, the pictures had to be emailed directly to another email. After taking pictures, they weren't good enough and meanwhile the matress is killing my back because of horrible mid sag, I could barley walk and had to miss work. I will never buy another mattress from Sleep Country again, you lost a very good customer. I will be paying to have this defective mattress taken to the dump as soon as possible, as I am in so much pain from this mattress I've had to miss work, and this warranty process has taken too long and is too much for me. I've sent all the pictures I can and had my young son help me with no avail. The whole process is painful and frustrating. This has been a horrible experience with Sleep Country!
Good front line customer service, store employees are very helpful, although I do feel like they just tell you what the manufacturers want you to hear. Won't be a return customer after I was denied a warranty claim for a mattress that was so sunken it was concave after 2-3 years. It did not meet sleep country's criteria for warranty approval even when part of the mattress sinks several inches below the rest, in such a short time, on a thousand dollar mattress.
We bought a Casper Wave Medium mattress, and it feels exactly the same as when we bought it! Very happy with our purchase and the service qe received!
