Mark is AMAZING! I made a mistake and bought the wrong box spring and he went so far out of his way to help me return it and find the right one for me. I’ve never experienced such wonderful costumer service and am beyond grateful to Mark. This was my first purchase from SleepCountry and I will now be a forever customer because of him.
Walked in to take a quick look and was approached by Mark. We told him that we were just looking around and he continued to be very pushy with us. We had to tell him 3 times in a row that we didn’t need help and we just wanted to look around before he finally left us alone. It was such a turn off that we ended up leaving and going to the brick. They are not helpful at all, they only want to sell and scam people that is all. Both mattresses we got from here is a nightmare with endless backpack and terrible sleep. They told us this special mattres doesn't sink at all blabla, i feel like im sleeping in a hole, i rotate the mattress every 3 to 4 weeks, now we are stuck with this terrible mattress. Do yourself a favour and go to Ikea for better matress.
Owen provided amazing service to my mom, going above and beyond in helping her. Price and service was great! I highly recommend him and Sleep Country!
